                      Saturday

On Saturday, everyone is invited to come up when they want.  Some people might even be willing to share their cabins for showers and changing into your wedding clothes.

All day Saturday, there will be a scavenger hunt for kids of all ages.  The little kids can pick up their list at the main lodge by the pool.  The older "kids" will need to pick up their list by the Hidden Creek lodge.

                      Time   Activity
                      • 10:00    One of two events (dependent on space):
Ultimate frisbee - Unfortunately, there's not a lot of field space close to the cabins.  There is a softball diamond in which we will attempt to                                     setup a field for a pickup game.  This is assuming that it's large enough, and there isn't a softball game being played.
Capture the flag - If ultimate falls through, we'll meet at the Hidden Creek lodge to get a game of capture the flag.  I'm also tossing around                                     the idea of "capture the beer" too.
                      •   12:00    On your own.  I'm assuming that the bridal party will need to go and get ready at this point (probably even earlier...).  The ladies will be in the upstairs part of the Hidden Creek lodge, so this will be off limits to everyone, especially the groom.  He'll probably be hanging out downstairs and will be thrilled for visitors.  Otherwise, go grab some lunch and find your own activity. (horseshoes, pool, scavenger hunt, dominoes, Foosball, etc.)

                      Actual Wedding Ceremony
                      • 4:30        Have a seat, chit chat with your neighbor, etc.
                      • 5:00        Ceremony begins (If you're not seated by this time, you may have to wait...)
                                                 * Additionally, in order to keep the ceremony peaceful for everyone, we are requesting that individuals with babies                                   either watch from inside the lodge or acquire a babysitter.
                      • 5:30        Appetizers/Cocktails while photos are being taken
                      • 6:30        Entrance of wedding party (we're going to slide our first dance in here, too.)
                      • 6:40        Thank everyone, eat dinner, and other niceties.
                      • 7:15        Toasts by the best man and maid of honor.
                      • 7:30        Cake!
                      • 7:45        Special dances, garter/bouquet, and a group photo
                      • 8:30        Start dancing!
                      • 9:50        Last call (for drinks serviced by the bartender, otherwise, you service yourself)
Last dance (in which the sound system will be booming!  We'll keep dancing until probably around midnight)
